We are pleased to announce the 2021 Consortium on Graduate Communication Virtual Summer Institute, which will focus on Meeting Graduate Students Where They Are. The CGC summer institutes put an emphasis on rich conversation, providing opportunities to discuss the growing professional field of graduate communication and share strategies for providing graduate communication support.
For the 2021 virtual summer institute we will accept proposals for
- “lightning presentations,” short presentations on graduate communication pedagogical strategies, programmatic initiatives, and scholarship followed by rich discussion.
- workshops, which will allow participants to share nuts-and-bolts approaches to written and oral communication support
- special-interest networking sessions, which provide opportunities for participants to explore focused topics of interest with colleagues
Keynote Speakers
Sherry Wynn Perdue and Victoria O’Connor, Oakland University
Megan Siczek, George Washington University
